Next, enjoy a delicious meal at one of Hanoi’s renowned family-run restaurants, sampling authentic Bun Cha — grilled pork served with vermicelli noodles. Afterwards, we head to West Lake, a scenic spot where you can appreciate the striking contrast between ancient, charming neighborhoods and Hanoi’s modern skyline. Before leaving, savor freshly grilled fish, various Hanoi-style Pho dishes, banana salads, Seafood and other Vietnamese specialties in the peaceful village of Ngu Xa.

We then pass by the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, witnessing the solemn nightly guard ceremony that highlights the deep reverence the Vietnamese have for their beloved leader. Afterwards, take a stroll down the bustling Train Street — a narrow alley lined with homes, street cooks, and vendors, all living their evening routines mere feet from active railway tracks.
Part 4: Vietnamese Egg Coffee & Secret Dessert
The tour ends with a stop at a popular local café where you’ll taste the iconic Vietnamese egg coffee — a creamy, rich delight invented in 1946. For dessert, enjoy a top-secret treat that only guests on this tour get to discover, or opt for the famous Mango and Caramel Pudding served at a beloved local spot.
